• Quasi two-dimensional carrier gas with non-step-like density of states i.e. subjected to in-plane or tilted magnetic field. • Optical properties of quantum dots with or without magnetic field. Near-field spectra. Absorption and photoluminescence. • Optical properties of quantum wells. • Spintronics.


• Electrical conductivity of DNA. Electronic structure of organic molecules.

Human auditory cortex:

• Directional categorization of frequency modulated tones studied with magnetoencephalography (MEG).
