Research Experience
2008-         : Research Scientist, Institute of Materials Science, NCSR "Demokritos".
2007-2008: Invited fellow at the Institute of Materials Science of NCSR "Demokritos" in the framework of the "ENTER" return research grant.
2001-2006: Postdoctoral fellow at the EPR group of Prof. Arthur Schweiger, Physical Chemistry Department, Federal Institute of Technology, ETH Zurich.
2000-2001: Postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Materials Science of NSCR "Demokritos".
1994-1998: Postgraduate student at the Institute of Materials Science of NSCR "Demokritos".

Research Interests
a) Application of conventional continuous wave (cw) and advanced pulse electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) methods to study the geometric and electronic structure of transition metal complexes and molecule-based magnets.
b) Implementation of pulsed EPR methods and development of new materials based on electron and nuclear spins for quantum computation.
c) Pulsed EPR methodology: hyperfine decoupling, theoretical ESEEM study and development of new experimental methods for high electron spin systems (S>1).
